How I lead
I do my best work before the problem is fully formed. When product, research, and engineering are still figuring out what they're actually building. That's where my strength comes in: not just shaping the interface, but helping a team converge on the right sequence, the right constraints, the right first move.
Good design leadership isn't about having the answers early. It's about making the reasoning visible enough that others can challenge it, build on it, and carry it forward without you in the room.
